Andrew Baham is one of New Orleans’ finest trumpet players and this album nicely represents a group of musicians who played a weekly gig together at the Funky Butt, one of New Orleans’ great jazz clubs. The personnel are essentially the members of the "James Alsanders Jazz Project." James plays drums on this album which also features Aaron Fletcher, Jesse McBride, Samir Zarif, and Brian Coogan.
